This payment secures our services and covers initial design concepts, consultations, and project planning. The remaining 25% of the payment is due upon completion of the project and before the final deliverables are provided to the client. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, bank transfers, or cheques.

3. Project Timeline

The estimated project timeline will be discussed and agreed upon with the client based on the complexity and scope of the project. While we strive to complete projects within the agreed timeframe, unforeseen circumstances or changes in the project scope may affect the timeline. We will communicate any necessary adjustments and seek the client's approval before proceeding.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, concepts, and other deliverables created by house of filiz during the course of the project are the intellectual property of our company. The client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the final deliverables for the intended purpose outlined in the project agreement. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and detailed information about their requirements, budget, and project objectives. Timely communication, prompt feedback, and cooperation throughout the project are essential for a successful outcome. Any delays or changes caused by the client may impact the project timeline and incur additional costs.
