Scope of Warranty:
The warranty provided by house of filiz extends to the products and services explicitly outlined in the work agreement issued prior to the commencement of any project/work. This warranty is valid for a period of one year following the date of purchase and safeguards against any defects in materials and workmanship, ensuring adherence to the high standards promised in our agreement.
When seeking to claim warranty for any product/service, it is the client’s responsibility to provide a copy of the work agreement. This document should clearly outline the warranty coverage as agreed upon at the start of our service. Submission of this agreement is essential to verify and validate the warranty claim.
House of filiz Warranty Does Not Include
- Any labor, installation, or transportation costs, or any responsibility for damage House of Filiz considers natural wear and tear of finishes and surfaces.
- Any products used or installed in conjunction with House of Filiz kitchens/wardrobes/modular storage, such as electrical & plumbing fixtures, countertops, and appliances. Using House of Filiz cabinetry or components in a way that contradicts their instructions will void the warranty.
- Cabinetry or components that House of Filiz considers to have been subjected to alteration, modification, accident, abnormal use, extreme temperatures, continuous water contact, high moisture levels, or harsh and/or abrasive cleaning chemicals.
- Normal incidental deterioration like nicks, cuts, scratches, and abrasions resulting from standard use during the product's lifespan.
House of filiz will not be held responsible for any claims arising out of defects due to material or workmanship of products not listed under claim terms.
- House of Filiz warranty does not cover natural wear and tear or damage caused by rough handling or using the product beyond its intended purpose.
- House of Filiz reserves the right to alter specifications in keeping with its policy of continuous product evaluation and improvement.
- The scope of the House of Filiz warranty cannot be changed or broadened by any authorized representative of House of Filiz.
- Repairs and/or replacements are subject to the current product offerings of styles and construction options within the House of Filiz product line at the time of the claim. If a claim is filed after a House of Filiz product becomes obsolete or discontinued, House of Filiz will replace the affected component with a similar replacement component based on availability at the time of the claim.
- Notify House of Filiz via phone or email within 10 days of any defect that comes to notice, such as visual damage or malfunctioning components. Failure to notify within the stipulated timeframe will void the House of Filiz warranty.
- The decision regarding repair of the said component (in part or whole) solely lies with the authorized House of Filiz representative. The decision will be made following an inspection by the representative to determine whether to repair on-site or return the product to the factory for refurbishing/replacement.
- Liability: House of Filiz will make all efforts to replace/repair the said defect within a reasonable period. House of Filiz will not be liable for any direct/indirect loss to the user due to the defect or delay in providing the service, or any fault arising due to design, application, or installation. In no event shall the liability of House of Filiz, under this warranty, exceed the purchase price of the product or its replacement.
- The warranty is not renewed in cases where House of Filiz modular cabinets or components are replaced in part or whole during the said warranty period. The replaced parts will continue to be covered under the warranty only till the remainder of the period as indicated in the product table. Excluding components with a lifetime warranty, the warranty for any product under any circumstances will not exceed a period of 10 years (for modular wardrobes & storage) and 10 years (for kitchens) from the date of possession.
- The terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Bengaluru courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any claim or dispute which might arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions.
Furniture: -
Sofas;
- House of filiz warranty does not cover upholstery, normal wear and tear, softening or flattening of cushions and foam, colour fading from sunlight, damage caused by rough handling and use of abrasives, corrosive materials, cleaning agents or improper use and maintenance.
- This warranty is applicable on sofas including but not limited to 1,2, 3 seater sofas, sectionals, ottomans and sofa cum beds.
- Lifetime warranty on any borer/termite issues in solid wood furniture by House of filiz.
- Notify House of filiz within 10 days of detecting any defect via phone or email.
All Other Furniture;
- House of filiz warranty does not cover upholstery, normal wear and tear, softening or flattening of cushions and foam, colour fading from sunlight, damage caused by rough handling and use of abrasives, corrosive materials, cleaning agents, or improper use and maintenance.
- The following are not considered as defects: natural wood characteristics such as variations in grain, colour, mineral streaks and knots.
4. This warranty is applicable for furniture including but not limited to upholstered furniture, solid wood furniture, coffee tables, beds, headboards, dining tables and chairs, accent chairs, metal furniture and outdoor furniture.
- Brand Partners may offer additional warranty on certain products or parts of the furniture. Please contact an authorized House of filiz representative to know more.
- Lifetime warranty on any borer/termite issues in solid wood furniture by House of filiz.
- Notify House of filiz within 10 days of detecting any defect via phone or email.
On-site Services;
- This warranty shall begin on "the commence date" that the consumer telephonically lodges his warranty policy with House of filiz by contacting us and furnishing all the purchase and personal details requested by House of filiz. In order for this warranty policy to be valid, the registration needs to be done within 7 (seven) days from the day of handover of the project or the day the customer moves in, whichever is earlier.
- After settlement of any claim, the warranty period will not start afresh.
- This warranty is governed by the clauses mentioned in House of filiz 146-point Quality Standards.
- House of filiz shall provide replacement only after inspection.
- House of filiz shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damages to the customer. The customer's exclusive and sole remedy under this warranty policy shall be as mentioned here in this clause.
- House of filiz is not liable to provide any alternative accommodation during any repair work. Customers shall make their own arrangements, if required.
- The warranty policy shall not cover any defects arising out of factors out of control of House of filiz, including but not limited to:
- Natural calamities such as earthquakes, cyclones
- Vandalism
- Acts of God
- Abuse or negligence by the customer
- Normal wear and tear
- Surface with contaminants
- Failure or defects in the structure or previous coating
- Any other external factors
8. Any claim made in terms of this warranty policy shall be made within 30 days of the consumer discovering any defect, damage or failure which gives rise to a claim.
9. House of filiz reserves the right to carry out inspections and to perform any tests, and may do so either itself or by means of any person nominated by it. Prior to such inspection or testing, the customer shall not be entitled to perform any repairs or remove or tamper with any part of the product/service.
10. House of filiz shall use its best endeavors to ensure that the repair work is completed as soon as possible, but does not assume liability for delay in this respect.
11. House of filiz, in its sole discretion, is entitled to:
- Control/monitor repair which is to be carried out in accordance with all its specifications and instructions.
- Appoint a contractor and/or approve the contractor appointed by the customer.
12. House of filiz is liable to process and execute any genuine repair or replacement request made by the customer within the warranty timeline in coordination with the respective brand.
13. Any additional charges including work done over and above fixing the identified defect will be chargeable by the brand. The cost of these additional charges is to be borne by the customer.
14. There are no warranties expressed or implied under law, which extend beyond the terms set out in this House of filiz warranty document.
15. Neither party shall commence any court or arbitration proceedings related to the above House of filiz warranty policy before completing the entire evaluation process. Under such circumstances, the warranty policy will be considered null and void as the issue would be sub judice.
16. In case of any disputes, the same is subject to the exclusive Jurisdiction of the courts of the respective cities.
17. The facts and all matters concerning any dispute will be kept confidential by both the customer and House of filiz at all times.
18. The customer is expected to provide the painter(s) with necessities like a stool/ladder, bucket and water (to mix the paint) at the site.
19. Any decision regarding repair of the said component (in part or whole) solely lies with the authorized House of filiz representative. The decision will be made following an inspection by the representative.
20. The cost of dismantling, reassembly & relocation of product, wherever required, will be borne by the customer. As a standard practice, House of filiz will cover the product with protective covering, wherever required.
21. Repair(s) are subject to the current product offerings of styles and construction options within the House of filiz product line, at the time of the claim. If a claim is filed after a House of filiz product becomes obsolete or discontinued, House of filiz will replace the affected component with a replacement component of a similar style/make based on availability at the time of the claim.
House of filiz - Painting Warranty: -
Policy Application:
A House of filiz authorized representative will inspect any reported defects. If a defect qualifies under the terms below, House of filiz will rectify it.
Warranty Coverage
- Painted Surfaces: This warranty applies to paint jobs exceeding 500 sq ft, following a satisfactory inspection by a House of filiz representative.
- House of filiz will provide replacement paint (matching the original code) if it's still available from the manufacturer.
- Paint failure is defined as:
- 1. Flaking or peeling of paint caused by one coat separating from another or the paint separating from the surface.
- 2. Excessive colour fading.
- 3. Fungal or algae growth exceeding 10 sq ft on a wall surface.
- House of filiz strongly recommends using their entire paint system: Two coats of putty, Primer, and 2-3 coats of paint on all surfaces.
Warranty Exclusions
- Damage caused by:
- Water leaks or dampness due to nearby vegetation, air conditioning units, plant pots, or other sources.
- Capillary rise of moisture from the ground.
- Surface contamination or structural failure/defects.
- Intermittent water dripping, continuous dampness, or physical damage to the painted surface.
- Damage caused by fire, excessive heat, corrosive agents, abrasive materials, rework/fitting by the customer after handover.
Replacement Costs
The replacement cost includes paint and labour to fix the paint failure area at the time of the claim.
Coastal Areas: Some fading and chalking is considered normal and not covered under warranty.
House of filiz - Gypsum False Ceiling Warranty: -
Policy Application:
A House of Filiz authorized representative will inspect any reported defects. If a defect qualifies under the terms below, House of Filiz will rectify it.
False Ceilings: This warranty applies to false ceilings exceeding 200 sq ft, following a satisfactory inspection by a House of Filiz representative. House of Filiz will repair and repaint the affected area of the false ceiling.
False ceiling failure is defined as:
- Flaking or peeling of joint compound or separation from the surface.
- Cracks on the surface.
- Fungal or algae growth exceeding 5 sq ft on the ceiling surface.
House of Filiz requires using their entire recommended false ceiling system:
- House of Filiz-approved brands for all materials.
- Using any other brands voids the warranty.
Warranty Exclusions
- Water leaks or dampness due to nearby vegetation, air conditioning units, or other sources.
- Physical damage caused by external force.
- Defects arising from structural failure where the ceiling is anchored.
- This warranty is for standard quality gypsum ceilings and only valid for 6 months.
Coastal Areas: Some fading and chalking is considered normal and not covered under warranty.
House of filiz - Electrical Warranty: -
Policy Application:
A House of filiz authorized representative will inspect any reported electrical defects. If a defect qualifies under the terms below, House of filiz will rectify it.
Warranty Coverage
- The electrical work exceeds INR 50,000 and there are no voltage fluctuations or power source issues (verified by a House of Filiz representative).
- House of Filiz provides replacement materials (if available) and labour to fix electrical failures.
Electrical failure is defined as:
- Electrical short circuits/tripping
- Loose contacts in plugs/switches
- The customer used the entire electrical wiring recommended and installed by House of Filiz, with appropriate appliances for the designated usage ports.
- Normal use and reasonable maintenance of the equipment is followed.
- Prompt written notice of all defects is given to House of Filiz.
Warranty Exclusions
- Damage caused by:
- 1. mproper power input to the mains.
- 2. Water leaks or dampness due to capillary rise, water leakage, or continuous dampness.
- 3. Physical damage to electrical components (conduits, wires, switches, plates).
- 4. Issues with the power source.
- 5. Electrical repairs by unauthorized representatives.
- 6. Inappropriate appliance usage for designated electrical points.
- The replacement cost includes the cost of electrical items (wiring, switches, conduits) and labour to fix the specific failure at the time of the claim.
House of filiz - Plumbing Warranty:
Policy Application
A House of filiz authorized representative will inspect any reported plumbing defects. If a defect qualifies under the terms below, House of filiz will rectify it free of charge.
Warranty Coverage
- Plumbing Work: This warranty applies to plumbing projects exceeding INR 50,000, following a satisfactory inspection by a House of filiz representative.
- House of filiz will replace/repair faulty plumbing materials (if still available).
- Plumbing failure is defined as:
- Leaks in plumbing or sanitary pipes.
- Manufacturing defects in plumbing and sanitary pipes.
- (Excludes plumbing fixtures like taps, faucets, nozzles, water closets, showers, angle valves, etc.)
- The customer must have used the entire plumbing system installed by House of filiz.
Warranty Exclusions
- Damage caused by:
- Improper water supply quality.
- Water leaks or dampness due to capillary rise, water leakage, or continuous dampness.
- Physical damage or mishandling of plumbing components.
- Plumbing repairs by unauthorized representatives.
- Surface contaminants.
- The replacement cost includes the cost of plumbing pipes/accessories and labour to fix the specific failure at the time of the claim.
House of filiz - Decor and Home Improvement Products
1. Decor and home improvement products include but are not limited to furnishings, wallpapers, panelling, cladding, lighting, fittings, and appliances.
2. The warranty is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer/brand. House of Filiz will not be held liable for any disputes arising between the manufacturer and the buyer.
3. Notify House of Filiz within 10 days of detecting any defect via phone or email.
House of filiz Warranty for Services Provided by us: -
Services Covered:
This warranty applies to the following services provided by House of filiz during the first year after your move-in or handover date (whichever is earlier):
- Woodwork (Modular/Factory-made Carpentry/Onsite Carpentry)
- Painting
- False ceiling (Gypsum)
- Electrical
- Plumbing
Cost of Repairs
- 0-3 months: House of filiz will cover 100% of the repair/service cost.
- 4-6 months: House of filiz will cover 75% of the repair/service cost.
- 7-12 months: House of filiz will cover 50% of the repair/service cost.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- You must register a warranty claim with House of filiz within three (3) days of discovering damage or a defect in the service.
- A House of filiz authorized representative will inspect the reported defect.
Warranty Coverage
House of filiz will replace defective parts or complete the repair free of charge if the inspection confirms the following conditions are met:
- The service was performed by House of filiz and the materials used were properly cared for, used for their designated purpose, and under regular domestic use.
- You have a valid proof of purchase (invoice or work order) to show upon request.
- The service remains at its original installed location.
- The warranty has not expired.
Repair/Replacement Options
- Repairs and/or replacements will be based on the current styles and construction options available at the time of the claim.
- If a discontinued product needs replacement, House of filiz will replace it with a similar product based on availability.
- House of filiz will decide whether to repair, replace a part, or replace the entire product based on the service representative's report.
- Any unauthorized repairs will void the warranty.
Sole and Exclusive Remedy
If a defect is found during the warranty period, House of filiz will, at its option, repair or replace the defective product or component. If repair or replacement is not commercially feasible, House of filiz may offer a refund for the original price of the defective product or component or provide credit towards a similar product. This is your sole and exclusive remedy for any defect or non-conformity.
What is Not Covered
- Labour costs for initial installation, removal, or reinstallation of the product or defective part.
- Labour costs or materials for removing, reinstalling, repainting, refinishing, or replacing other items or building materials affected by the repair or replacement.
- House of filiz reserves the right to modify product designs without obligation to make similar changes to previously sold products.
Matching Finishes
House of filiz cannot guarantee an exact match with the finish or appearance of other products/fixtures in your home if a product or component is repaired or replaced.

- Use of abrasives, corrosive materials, cleaning agents, or improper use/maintenance
Cabinetry or components:
- Altered, modified, damaged by accidents, abnormal use, extreme temperatures, continuous water contact, high moisture, harsh cleaning chemicals
- Used for unintended purposes
- Cosmetic damage (cuts, scratches, dents)
- Tampering, repairs, modifications, disassembly by unauthorized personnel
- Damage caused by post-installation kitchen work
- Removal of cabinets after installation
- Wood warping, cracking, or shrinking due to improper humidity levels (40%-50% required) or natural color variations
- Products purchased unfinished
- Color changes due to sunlight, cleaners, smoke, or other environmental factors
- Replacement parts may not exactly match original cabinetry due to these changes
Damage caused by:
- Acts of God (fire, explosion, water damage, etc.)

Colour Matching
House of filiz cannot guarantee exact matching of existing colours or textures. Paint samples may not exactly match the final finish.
How to Make a Claim

House of filiz will determine labour rates based on current market rates. You agree not to dispute these rates. Rates may be based on square footage or daily wages.

- The property is accessible to House of Filiz authorized representatives for repairs.
- Replacement paint is provided (if available) based on the original paint code.
- Paint failure includes:
- Flaking or peeling caused by one coat separating from another or the paint separating from the surface.
- Excessive color fading.
- Fungal or algae growth exceeding 10 sq ft on a wall surface.
- The customer used the entire House of Filiz recommended paint system.
- Warranty is void if:
- Water leaks due to nearby vegetation, air conditioning units, or other sources.
- Water penetration from capillary rise, leaks, seeping, or continuous dampness.
- Paint peeling due to moisture intrusion.
- Cracks due to earthquakes or ground movement.
- Horizontal surfaces or surfaces designed to collect moisture (decks, railings, stairs, porches).
- Defects arising from surface contamination or structural failure.
This warranty does not cover:
- Repairs to horizontal surfaces or those designed to collect moisture: This includes decks, railings, stairs, porches, roofs, and wood gutters.
- Exact paint match: Environmental conditions can affect color and finish over time.
- Bleeding caused by knots, rust, or cedar.
- Varnished surfaces.
- Cracks in drywall, plaster, or wood.
- Peeling, blistering, or chipping caused by:
- Ordinary wear and tear
- Abnormal use or misuse
- Peeling of existing paint layers
- Structural defects
- Moisture content of the substrate
- Abrasion, mechanical damage, abuse, or exposure to harmful substances.
- Defects arising from factors outside House of Filiz's control:
- Paint failures due to structural defects, moss, plant growth, bird droppings, insect damage, or stains from plant pots.
- Natural disasters (earthquakes, cyclones, etc.)
- Failure or defects in the structure or previous coating
- Vandalism
- Abuse or negligence by the customer
- Contaminated or wet surfaces
- Normal wear and tear
House of filiz Disclaimer of Warranty
This warranty is the only express warranty made by House of filiz and it supersedes all other warranties, expressed or implied. House of filiz disclaims all liabilities, whether contractual, tortious (including negligence and strict liability), and makes no warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. House of filiz will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage to the customer.
House of filiz False Ceiling (Gypsum) Warranty: -
What's Not Covered:
- Labour charges to replace defects visible at the time of installation.
- Special, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
- Loss of income or profits, damage to property, or loss of use.
- Transfer of warranty (only applies to the original purchaser).
- The false ceiling surface area exceeds 150 sq ft and is approved by a House of Filiz representative.
- The problem is not caused by:
- Structural movement of the building
- Movement, failure, or defects in materials attached to the product
- Abnormal weather conditions
- Water immersion, pooling, or cascading water
- Fire, vandalism, misuse, or abuse
- House of Filiz repairs and repaints the affected area only. In case House of Filiz representatives are unavailable, House of Filiz will ensure repairs are done by authorized representatives.
- False ceiling failure includes:
- Flaking or peeling of joint compound separating from the substrate
- Cracks on the surface
- Fungal or algae growth exceeding 5 sq ft on the ceiling surface
- The building is maintained with reasonable care.
- The entire false ceiling system recommended and installed by House of Filiz is used, with materials from House of Filiz-approved brands.
Warranty Void if:
- Water leaks due to nearby vegetation, air conditioning units, or other sources.
- Water penetration due to capillary rise, leaks, seeping, or continuous dampness.
- Physical damage to the surface.
- Defects arising from failure or defects in the structure to which the ceiling is anchored.
- Failures caused by physical damage, improper operation, unauthorized changes, repair attempts, or natural/man-made disasters.
- Damage caused by improper installation, smoke exposure, chemical vapors, fire, or foreign substances.
- Water or water vapor comes into direct contact with the product.
- Improper installation or use contrary to recommendations (outdoors or on non-drywall surfaces).
- Normal wear and tear.
- Mold, mildew, algae, fungus, or other organic growth.
- Installation over twisted, bowed, or distorted structural members.
- Damage due to improper installation, building design, or system design.
- Installations in buildings not maintained with reasonable care.
- Third-party actions, omissions, or negligence.
- Impact or pressure damage.
House of filiz Electrical Warranty: -
Warranty Coverage (if):
- The electrical work exceeds INR 50,000 and there are no voltage fluctuations or power source issues (verified by a House of filiz representative).
- House of filiz provides replacement materials (if available) and labour to fix electrical failures.
- Electrical failure includes:
- Electrical short circuits/tripping
- Loose contacts in plugs/switches
- The customer used the entire electrical wiring recommended and installed by House of filiz, with appropriate appliances for the designated usage ports.
- Normal use and reasonable maintenance of the equipment is followed.
- Prompt written notice of all defects is given to House of filiz.
- The equipment is used normally and receives reasonable maintenance.
- House of filiz authorized representatives are promptly notified in writing of all defects.
- No repairs or additions are done except by House of filiz authorized representatives.
- The defect is not caused by:
- 1. Misuse
- 2. Negligence
- 3. Accident
- 4. Abnormal wear and tear
- 5. Alteration of original parts or adjustments by the customer, third parties, or an Act of God.
House of filiz Warranty Exclusions (Electrical)
House of filiz warranty does not cover defects arising from factors outside their control, including:
- Improper power input to the mains.
- Water penetration due to capillary rise, leaks, seeping, or continuous dampness.
- Electrical failures caused by physical damage to conduits, wires, switches, and plates.
- Issues with the power source.
- Electrical work repaired by anyone other than House of filiz representatives.
- Inappropriate use of electrical points and appliances.
Replacement Costs

- The plumbing work exceeds INR 50,000 and is approved by a House of filiz representative.
- House of filiz provides replacement/repair (if available) for plumbing materials.
- Plumbing failure includes:
- 1. Leaks in plumbing or sanitary pipes
- 2. Manufacturing defects in plumbing and sanitary pipes
- 3. (Exclusions: plumbing fixtures like taps, faucets, nozzles, water closets, showers, angle valves, etc.)
- 4. The entire plumbing system installed by House of filiz is used.
Warranty Exclusions (Plumbing)
House of filiz warranty does not cover defects arising from factors outside their control, including:
- Improper water quality supplied to the property
- Water penetration due to capillary rise, leaks, seeping, or continuous dampness
- Plumbing failures due to physical damage or mishandling
- Plumbing work repaired by anyone other than House of Filz representatives.
- Contaminated surfaces
Replacement Costs
The replacement cost includes the cost of plumbing pipes/accessories and labour required to fix the specific failure at the time the claim is filed.
House of filiz Limitation of Liability
House of filiz will not be liable for any damages resulting from a defect or delay in claiming the warranty. You, the consumer, must take reasonable steps to minimize any damages.
House of filiz will not be liable for any special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages under this warranty agreement. Their entire exclusive liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise connected to the service provided under the agreement, is limited to the replacement or repair of the work, or at their option, a refund of the actual amount paid for the work.
This warranty does not cover or include any service categories besides those specifically mentioned in this document.

Warranty Start Date:
The warranty starts on "the commencement date". you need to call House of filiz to register the warranty policy. You can reach them at +91 9836477847 and provide all purchase and personal details requested. To be valid, the registration must be done within three (3) days of the project handover or the day you move in, whichever is earlier.
Warranty Claims
- After a claim is settled, the warranty period does not restart.
- House of filiz is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage to the customer. Your exclusive remedy under this warranty policy is as mentioned here.
- House of filiz is not obligated to provide alternative accommodation during any repair work. You are responsible for making your own arrangements, if necessary.
- Any claim made under this warranty policy must be made within three (3) days of discovering a defect, damage, or failure.
Inspection and Testing
House of filiz reserves the right to conduct inspections and perform any tests, either themselves or by someone they designate. Before any inspection or testing, you cannot perform repairs or remove or tamper with any part of the product/service.
Repair Process
House of filiz will use their best efforts to complete the repair work as soon as possible, but they do not assume liability for any delays.
House of filiz, in its sole discretion, shall be entitled to:
- Control and monitor repairs following all their specifications and instructions.
- Appoint a contractor and/or approve the contractor you appoint.
Warranty and Product Availability
There are no warranties expressed or implied by law that extend beyond the terms set out in this warranty document.
Repair Requirements
- You are expected to provide the painter(s) with basic necessities such as a stool/ladder, bucket, and water (to mix the paint) at the site.
- The decision regarding repair of a component (in part or whole) lies solely with the authorized House of filiz representative. The decision will be made following an inspection by the representative.
- Repairs are subject to the current product offerings of styles and construction options within the House of filiz product line at the time of the claim. If a claim is filed after a House of filiz product becomes obsolete or discontinued, House of filiz will replace the affected component with a replacement component of a similar style/make based on availability at the time of the claim.
House of filiz Disclaimer of Warranty
This Warranty is the only express warranty made by House of filiz and it disclaims all other warranties, express or implied. This Warranty disclaims any liabilities, contracts, tort or otherwise including negligence and strict liability and the Company makes no warranty or merchantability or of fitness for any particular purpose whatsoever. House of filiz will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damages to the customer.
